Here are Growing Minds s we have adapted a schedule that allows for the children to have many different experience throughout the day as well as provide them with the structure of having a schedule. Here is a typical schedule from our preschool classroom.
- 6:30-8:30 Children arrive
- 8:30 Breakfast (provided by the center)
- 9:00 brush teeth
- 9:30 circle time
- 10:00-11:00 curriculum
- 10:30-11:30 outdoor play
- 11:45 lunch
- 12:30-2:30 nap
- 2:45 snack
- 3:00 outside play
- 3:30-5:00 parents arrive
Each classroom follows this schedule and adapts it to their age group children. The teachers also teach weekly themed curriculum.
